Katelynn Tuzzolo, First Student Teaching Placement

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to offer my recommendation for Sydney Evans, who completed her student teaching in my first-grade classroom at St. Edward the Confessor School. During her time within my classroom, Sydney consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Sydney quickly established herself as an engaging and effective educator. She has an innate ability to connect with young children, and her lessons were not only educational but also fun and interactive. She brought an energy and enthusiasm to the classroom that captivated the students, making learning feel like an exciting adventure. Whether she was leading a math lesson, facilitating group work, or reading aloud, Sydney maintained an engaging presence that encouraged all students to participate and thrive.

What stands out most about Sydney is her deep care for the students. She always went above and beyond to ensure that each child felt seen, supported, and valued. Sydney worked hard to build strong, trusting relationships with the students, which translated into a classroom environment where students felt safe to take risks and engage in their learning.

I have no doubt that Sydney will be an outstanding educator. She has all the qualities of a successful teacher: creativity, dedication, adaptability, and compassion. I wholeheartedly recommend her for any teaching position and am confident that she will make a meaningful impact in her future classroom.

Sincerely,
Katelyn Tuzzolo

Elizabeth Farella, Fieldwork Observation Placement

Dear Administrator,

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Sydney Evans first as my student observer now as a student

teacher. Ms. Evans was a wonderful addition to my first-grade classroom and was always willing to help

in other classrooms of varied grade levels. She consistently presents a professional manner and gives

generously of her time and talents. Her kind and nurturing presence allows students to take risks and

strive to reach their potential. She is well loved by our entire school community and is valued by the

parents who hear about her from their children.

Sydney demonstrates excellent classroom management skills by inspiring her students with her positive

attitude and her careful preparation of daily lessons is evident. Her ability to work with students at

different academic levels allows her to reach and challenge all learners. She infuses creativity in her

approach to meeting lesson objectives and readily engages in conversation with more seasoned

teachers to learn new strategies and grow in her professional knowledge.

Ms. Sydney Evans would be an asset to any school or learning community.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or requests.

Regards,

Elizabeth Farella
